My husband inherited a grandmother clock and wanted to get it running again. I found Master Clock Repair/Mike Gainey through a Google search. He was super quick to respond to an email inquiry and he imparted so much knowledge in the first call I was impressed. He asked to have photos taken and sent to him so that he could give a more detailed recommendation since we did not know much about the clock. We made an appointment and Mike came out and serviced the clock, all while explaining in detail what he was doing and why, and how we can maintain the clock. He was very honest in in his recommendations and was understanding of the sentimental value of the clock itself. I would highly recommend MIke and Master Clock Repair. We will be calling him again if we have any questions or have another problem with the clock.

An amazing experience. I had a terrible experience in another shop and here they fixed my cuckoo it in 20 minutes. Reliable, professional and very kind. I whish I knew about this shop sooner. Also all prices are super reasonable and fair. Not high or overcharged. The store itself is cozy and beautiful.

I took my clock to Master Clock repair after the shop I used to go to in Westerville, Grandfather Clock Company went out of business. I just drove there without knowing about their appointments prior to arrival. Mike welcomed me and took my clock in and said it would take a few weeks to service. After only two weeks, I was able to pick it up. Mike's son Christian spent close to an hour with me informing me all about my clock. I was never told anything about adjusting my clock so that it kept the perfect time. I had no idea that temperature affects the clock as well as it being totally level on the wall. Being a retired teacher, I thoroughly enjoyed learning all about my clock. I would recommend Master Clock Repair to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and a thorough knowledge about clocks.
